In the production process of liquid sodium silicate, in order to obtain high-quality products, reduce energy consumption, and reduce production costs, many manufacturers have been troubled. The production process, combined with the needs of different manufacturers, developed this production system. The system is mainly composed of dissolving part, gas-liquid separation part, vapor recovery device, filtration and liquid precipitation storage tank.
◆ The water glass liquid prepared by the static autoclave or dissolving drum first enters the gas-liquid separator for gas-liquid separation when discharging, the liquid enters the intermediate tank for storage, and the steam is transported to the recovery device through the pipeline.
◆ Use the heat of the steam to heat the cold water in the recovery device. The steam of each kettle can heat the water to 80-90℃, and the hot water enters the hot water tank for storage. When the material is dissolved, the hot water can be directly injected into the kettle. The water glass is dissolved inside, which can reduce the consumption of steam and achieve the effect of energy saving.
◆ The liquid water glass goes through the filtration system and then enters the storage tank for precipitation and clarification, so as to obtain high-quality liquid water glass.
