Main features of the drying system
◆ Low outlet air temperature and high energy utilization rate: Due to the enlargement of the tower body and the appropriate aspect ratio, the outlet air temperature is lower than that of ordinary white carbon black equipment, and the outlet air temperature is about 90 degrees. For white carbon black equipment, reducing the outlet air temperature by 5 degrees will increase the energy utilization rate by about 2.5%. For large-scale production equipment, the benefits are considerable.
◆ Perfect process: the system includes the whole process of beating, drying, bag filtration, cooling and screening. The operation continuity is good, the equipment runs stably, the final product is cooled by air, the moisture content is more stable, the product temperature is lower than 60 degrees, and the product is exported The location is flexible, which is more conducive to connecting the automatic packaging mechanism.
